Quick update on the 125 Pompton Plains Crossroad project: We’ve hit a major milestone with the installation of the precast concrete panels. This marks a significant step forward, and it’s clear that the site is starting to come together.
Concrete Panels in Place
The concrete panels are going up, providing the essential structure for our new 70,000 square foot warehouse. It’s a crucial part of the build, and it’s great to see this phase moving along smoothly.
What’s Next?
Before we started, this site was in pretty rough shape—no stormwater management, and it was essentially a parking lot and storage area for heavy equipment.
Now, with the panels going up, we’re not just building a warehouse; we’re transforming this site into something far more functional and sustainable. The project includes adding full stormwater control measures and bringing the site up to NJDEP standards, which is a significant improvement from where it started.
Next, we’ll be moving on to the interior build-out. Eventually, we’ll work on sustainable features like solar panels and EV chargers. The project is on track, and the team is doing a fantastic job.
